Refund Policy

We want you to pay for TradeAssay Pro only if it is worth it to you. This policy explains how to get your money back.

1. Try before you pay

Every new account gets 7 days of Pro for free, with no card. When the trial ends nothing is charged: the account returns to the Free plan, which has no time limit.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

If Pro is not right for you, email support@tradeassay.com within 30 days of a payment, from the email address of your TradeAssay account, and we refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason. This includes the automatic renewal of a card subscription: within 30 days of a renewal, that renewal is refunded in full.

3. How the money comes back

Cryptocurrency: to a wallet address you give us, in the same coin and on the same network you paid with. The network's own transfer fee, if any, is taken from the amount sent.
Bank card transfer in toman (Iran): to the card you paid from.
Card payments (through Paddle.com): by Paddle.com, our reseller and the merchant of record for card orders, back to the card or wallet you paid with. You can also ask Paddle directly from your receipt e-mail.

We send refunds within 7 days of your request. When a payment is refunded, the Pro period it bought ends.

4. After 30 days

Payments are not refundable after 30 days.

Cryptocurrency and toman payments never renew by themselves, so there is nothing to cancel: Pro stays active until the end of the month or year you paid for.
A card subscription renews until you cancel it. Cancel at any time with the link in Paddle's receipt e-mail or by writing to support@tradeassay.com: Pro stays active until the end of the period already paid, and nothing more is charged.

When Pro ends, the account returns to the Free plan. Your journal and data stay where they are.

5. Your legal rights

If the law where you live gives you more rights than this policy, those rights apply.
