These Terms govern your use of TradeAssay (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the App is
TradeAssay is a personal record-keeping tool for traders to log and review their own trades. It does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice, and it does not execute trades or connect to any brokerage account.
2. No financial advice
Nothing in the App — including statistics, "smart analysis" features, or any Pro feature — constitutes financial or investment advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
3. Your account
- You must provide a valid email to create an account and are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the App.
4. Your data
You own the trade data you enter. See our Privacy Policy for details on how it's stored and used. You can export or delete your data at any time.
5. Subscriptions (Pro plan)
- Some features require a paid Pro subscription, billed and managed through Google Play Billing.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play before the renewal date.
- Refunds are handled per Google Play's standard refund policy — we do not process payments or refunds directly.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer or misuse the App, attempt to access another user's data, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
7. Availability and changes
The App is provided "as is." We may add, change, or remove features, and may update these Terms as the App evolves — we'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on any statistic or feature within it.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
